Daily Astro-Weather Monthly Overview

June

During June, the Jupiter conjunct Neptune with Uranus in semi-sextile remains tightly in place and all of the liberal changes in the outer world that have been occurring will continue. Of course, the forces of conservatism will not be rolling over and playing dead and will continue to attempt to impede, but will remain on the defensive and with limited power for some time to come. It will be interesting to see those who thought their ascendancy would last forever struggle to deal with the new reality. It happened to liberality in the ’80s. On the other hand, liberality must not repeat the mistake of falling into similar overconfidence and complacency. Liberals will want to seek to add their energy and light to the changes, and make the most of this time, however long it may last. It is worth noting that Saturn has turned direct and is slowly making its way back toward the opposition to Uranus and the quincunx to the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction. That will begin to embolden conservatism of all kinds, but this will not really come back into effect until well into August and the winds of change will continue to blow. The world will have become a more interesting place than at the time of this writing.

On more personal levels, the month starts out with a string of positive relationship and social energies to make the most of. The rest of the month has the usual mix of positive and cautionary energies. There are some high energy days that can go either way based on the choices an individual makes, and a few days that do bear special attention. It is always a good idea to read ahead and plan to maximize the positive energies and minimize the others. There are several half day Moon void of course times to be aware of as well.

July

As July begins, the Jupiter conjunct Neptune with Uranus in semi-sextile remains tightly in place. This continues to support sweeping changes in U.S. society, both politically and socially, and in the larger world as well. If things are going as I believe they will be, then the rehabilitation of the U.S. in the world’s eyes is moving along nicely. All three of these planets are in retrograde through the month and there will be an emphasis on correcting mistakes made in recent years. Jupiter, the fastest of the three, is moving away from the complex, but still remains very much involved. As noted last month, Saturn is now direct and picking up speed as it begins to come back into the complex. It won’t have a significant effect until later next month, but you may hear the rumblings of conservatism as it moves to rally its forces and raise as much ruckus as it can about any perceived inconsistencies or anything else it thinks can gain it some traction. This month, however, liberals will just want to continue to concentrate on making gains for freedom, fairness and enlightenment.

On personal levels, the month starts out with a string of high energy days that runs through the full Moon on the 7^th and beyond. The days leading up to the new Moon on the 21^st have a great deal of related positive energy for making changes and new beginnings. Make very good use of it, but be mindful of the cautionary energy also connected to the new Moon. There are many other major energies, both positive and cautionary, to read ahead and plan for dealing with. Moon void of course periods this month tend to be short and not during the daytime. The only two significant daytime voids are on the 15^th and the 30^th.

August

Through the month of August, Saturn comes back into the configuration with Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune. The first of this is mid month when Jupiter, retrograding for a while away from the conjunction to Neptune and semi-sextile to Uranus, meets Saturn in a quincunx. This by itself emboldens conservatives, domestically and internationally, but their machinations will find little support in most circles and there will be more noise than actual mischief. By the end of the month, Saturn will have moved back into orb of the opposition to Uranus and the quincunx to Neptune and conservatism will have more to work with. Jupiter will still be involved to blunt their efforts, but a show of force may be impressive and scary to those liberals who are faint of heart. All of this is only the warm up to the coming Saturn square Pluto that will roll in through the fall. Liberality cannot afford complacency and must remain vigilant. Things have been generally going in that direction and in the long view will continue to do so, but challenges will arise and the coming Saturn square Pluto will be interesting. More on this next month.

On more personal levels, August will be an intense month with many high energy days. This includes a mix of strong positive and cautionary energies. A string of positive aspects runs from the 11^th through the 17^th. There is an especially cautionary complex of aspects from the 25^th through the 27^th. There is much more to read ahead and make plans for dealing with. As always, see to maximize the positives and minimize the cautionary. The most significant daytime Moon void of course periods are on the 4^th and the 9^th, but there are a few half day voids to be aware of and work around.

September

As September progresses, Jupiter will retrograde almost out of orb of the conjunction to Neptune and semi-sextile to Uranus. At the same time, Saturn will complete its opposition to Uranus and quincunx to Neptune. There will likely be times when doubt and apprehension about recent gains for liberality will overshadow the reality of them. This will pass, but as Saturn moves on to square Pluto, conservatism will seem to regain some of its lost power and the center of U.S. society may wonder if its swing to the left will hold. Global forces of conservatism will behave in ways to add to the doubt. Power centers will fight to retain and regain power, as is the nature of them. Again, one must take a long view and not be swayed by temporary swings. Look back over the last 250 to 300 years and take heart. We are in another surge in the direction of liberality and enlightenment, but there will be hiccups. We enter one now with the Saturn square Pluto and liberality must not panic or overreact. This challenge will be most powerful through March of next year and again from July through September or so. These are the times to keep the closest eye on the various global plutocracies. This aspect would seem to support their activities and at times will appear to do just that, but it will also expose their activities and challenge their stability. We also need to take into account that the Uranus semi-sextile Neptune holds throughout the period and supports the ongoing positive changes.

October

October continues all of the themes from last month. Jupiter has retrograded out of orb, but does turn direct mid month and begins to ride back to the rescue. It hasn’t really left, but it may seem as if it did as you see conservatism marshal its forces and mount its seeming comeback. Saturn will have completed its opposition to Uranus and quincunx to Neptune, and by this time it will be clear that not every single thing has been fixed and that rainbows and unicorns are not as dominant as some giddily thought they would be by now. Mistakes and missteps are inevitable, and you can be sure that conservatism will be making the most of them. By the end of the month, we will be very close to the first exact square of Saturn to Pluto and conservatism will seem to be on the rise, but its weaknesses will also be exposed. This will be very interesting to observe. What will remain vitally important to liberality is to continue to be disciplined in its efforts at reform and confident in its ascendancy. It will need to see through temporary appearances of reversals and know that things are really moving in its direction. Generate light.

At the personal level, October starts out with a bang. There is very high energy surrounding the full Moon on the 4^th. Be sure to focus on the positive aspects and deal very carefully with the cautionary. This is not a full Moon to mess around with. The weekend of the 7^th is also very high energy with cautionary relationship aspects to deal with along with very positive energy. This is very contradictory and there should be quite a show going on. Be an observer rather than a participant in the more dicey situations. Be very careful around the new Moon as there is very high positive, but also seriously cautionary energy then. There are several other high energy days, including positive and a couple of seriously cautionary ones, to read ahead and make plans for dealing with. There are no all day Moon void of course periods to deal with, but there are some half day voids to be aware of.
